Our fly-fishing expeditions in the Dolomite Alps are based in the town of Trento, in the Trentino Alto Adige region. From this strategically located spot near Verona and Brescia, you can indulge in fishing from March to October in some of the most stunning valleys of the Italian Alps, such as the Chiese Valley and the Sarca Valley. The main species you can expect to catch are brown trout and marble trout.

Trip details

Species: Brown Trout, Marble Trout and Brown trout.

Time of year: March 1st to September 30th, with the exception of certain no-kill stretches that remain open until October 31st.

Transfers: Milan Bergamo Airport: 2 hrs 14 mins, Verona Airport: 1 hr and Venice Airport: 2 hrs.

Number of anglers per guide: Maximum 2 (multiple guides available for large groups).

Accommodation (operations center):  Villa Madruzzo (4 stars hotel)

Fishing equipment: All necessary materials are provided for the guided fishing activity.

GUIDED FLY FISHING DAY & ALL-INCLUSIVE FLY FISHING PACKAGES:

The angler should travel in a rental car to the town of Trento (Trentino Alto Adige). We also offer transfer services from Milan Bergamo, Verona or Venice airports to the hotel.

You can opt for a guided fishing day or choose our all-inclusive packages (Transfer + hotel + guided fishing).

The guided fishing day begins at 8:30 a.m., with hotel pickup. The process from collection to returning the customer to the hotel takes 8 hours or more.

Arrival at airport and transfer to the Lodge.

  •  Hotel Pickup: 8:30 a.m. transfer by vehicle to the fishing area.
  • Morning guided fly fishing.
  • Picnic lunch: 2 p.m. picnic lunch by the riverbank with beverages included.
  • Afternoon guided fly fishing.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • 8 a.m.: Breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
  • 9 a.m.: Transfer to the airport.
